The Navigating Course

We at BodyMind Living know that it’s easy to find alignment and connection to ourselves and our bodies during our meditation time or when we get a massage.

The real work comes when life comes… you know, the day-to-day moments that often pull us out of alignment.

This is when we need our bodymind connection the most, yet what that looks like is often a process we must explore in our own unique way. This course intends to help you do just that!

The BodyMind Ambassadors, our BodyMind Method© Coaches who write for bodymindliving.com, put together a series of videos, embodiment support, and exercises to support your journey living bodymind in the day-to-day. Here’s what you’ll find in this course…

Seven sections each with their own focus on Navigating common experiences in life:

  • Difficult Conversations
  • Authenticity 
  • Decisions


Within each section, you will find:

  • A video training to help you begin asking better questions, rethinking, and feeling your way forward in navigating that particular topic 
  • An embodiment video to support you in connecting within as you explore navigating that topic
  • A PDF of additional resources, questions, exercises to use as a reference tool, writing moment, etc. to help you solidify what this work looks like for you
